c. 85 km WSW of Wroc³aw; (1981) 22.494 inhabitants. Scene of Prussian victory
over Austrians (1745) and of Austrian victory over Prussians (1760). Assigned
to Poland by Potsdam Conference, 1945. Flag adopted: 1996.
