§ 113-1. Official flag; display authorized; description.
The flag, a copy of the design of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, (EN) is hereby declared to be the official Municipal Flag of the Town of
Rock Hall, Maryland, and is hereby authorized to be displayed by all appropriate
municipal agencies and departments. The flag is also described herein as
follows: a likeness of the Town Seal in white is centered on a background of
royal blue.
(EN) Editor's Note: A copy of the design of the flag is on file in the office of
the Town Clerk."
