Description of the Flag

I saw a party flag from Nigeria, horizontal equal stripes green-white-red. Apparently it was used at a pro-Obasanjo meeting.

I see the logo of the Obasanjo party. There's the quotes colors but in the form of an umbrella and below it three black letters (PDN?)
