If you want to see real flag of Olomouc city I was refering about > before, You can see it on this webpage. The image by Mr. Blas Delgado Ortiz is beautiful, but unfortunately  - wrong, because the letters are too close to the eagle instead of being in the corners of the field which was the way I was describing it. (In another worls  - I told you, but you didn´t hear me :-)"

The flag war granted in 1995 and the decree is from 1996. So, the material I saw, was a little different. The word description of the flag basically suits to both picture. But, because Olomouc has a decree, the new picture is accurate.
